can't seem to get this online shopping cart to work. What

time to time a customer will have problems using our secure
shopping cart. This is often due to low memory resources
on their computer. Try restarting your computer and initiating
the order again. In some cases a customer will need to
adjust the "security settings" on their browser
for online ordering to be successful. Either way, if you

Is it safe to order online with my credit
card?
Yes, much safer than you think. Although many people are
nervous about online monetary transactions, you are more
likely to have your credit card information stolen through
hand to hand transactions with gas stations, grocery stores
and the like. Online shopping sometimes gets a bad rap
in the press. I'm here to tell you that, as long as you

How
does a secure transaction take place?
When you press the 'submit' button after filling out the
order form, your address and credit card information is

long will I have to wait to get my stuff?
Most
items within our drum shop are in stock and most Domestic
Orders will ship within 48 hours of receipt of payment
and arrive within 5 business days in most cases. International
Orders will ship within 5 business days after receipt
of payment and arrive within 15 business days in most
cases (though delays such as Customs may occur). In the
case of a shortage, please allow up to 15 business days
for delivery. *We do our best to keep sufficient quantities
on hand. Orders with large quantities may experience a
longer processing period.

Do
I have to pay tax on the items I'm ordering?
You
are not responsible for any taxes unless you live in the
state of Virginia where DRUM BUM is located. Virginia
state tax is currently 5.0%.

is your return policy?
We
guarantee your satisfaction! *Unwanted merchandise may
be returned within 30 days for a full refund
(excluding shipping) as long as the items are in new condition,
not washed or worn and in original packaging.
*Please
note: CD's, DVD's, VHS tapes, personalized items and POSTERS
are NON-RETURNABLE.

Damage or mistakes on any personalized Item must be reported

it or a re-stocking fee of up to 20% will apply.

any returns of items from a discounted
quantity order, a re-stocking fee of up to 30% will

I track my order?

Yes,
as long as we're shipping to a home or business address
(not a post office box) located
in the continental United States. Orders shipping to PO
Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or an
International address will ship via USPS and tracking
information is not available from the carrier.
After we ship your order, you will be forwarded UPS tracking
information via e-mail. If for some
reason you don't receive this e-mail, you can click on
the Online Order Tracking link above and
enter your order number for your tracking information
from UPS. If your order is not found via
the UPS tracking form, it may have shipped via USPS and
cannot be tracked using this form. In
that situation, please call us and we'll be glad to give
you more information about your order.
