If you live in the USA, CANADA, AUSTRALIA,
NZ,
or the UK, you

International
Customers can now place orders online using the shopping cart.
However, you must checkout using the PAYPAL Checkout Button!
After
you add all of your items to the cart, you must make sure
to select Other Countries
S&H and, then when you are ready to check out, click on
the PayPal Checkout Button to proceed
with your order. If you are already a member of PayPal, you
will just need to login to your
account and proceed as instructed. If you are not a member,
please follow the instructions
on the page to sign up. Then enter your information and create
an account to complete the order.
Once
processed, your order will ship within 5 business days via
US AirMail and delivery
is estimated between 10 to 15 business days. *SOMETIMES DELAYS
OCCUR DUE TO
CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL. WE CAN NOT TRACK INTERNATIONAL
PACKAGES.
**Customers
in the CANADA,
AUSTRALIA, NZ, or the UK can use a credit card by selecting
the proper "payment type" and clicking on the standard
"Checkout" button.
PLEASE
NOTE: All International Shipping will be suspended from November
18th, 2009
until January 3rd, 2010. If you wish to receive an order shipping
outside of the United
States in time for the holidays, please place your order before
November 18th. We thank
you for your patience and understanding during the busy holiday
season.
Why
will your International Shipping Department be closed?
Unfortunately,
one of the drawbacks of international shipping is that delivery
dates cannot be guaranteed. Delivery dates can be estimated
but even then customs and postal delays can occur that we
have no control over. Because of this we must allow 30 days
before packages can be declared as lost. By creating the deadline
of November 15th, we allow enough time for the packages to
arrive. Or in the rare case that the package does not arrive
that it can be declared as lost and the lost package procedure
can be initiated.
Why
can't you ship my International package express?
While
we would love to be able to offer express shipping for the
international packages, the process of doing so is complex
and time intensive. The holidays are our busiest time of the
year and so it is not feasible to be able to offer International
Express during this period. Express shipping rates are calculated
per package because they are based on the individual size
and weight of the package (as well as the destination) so
every single order has to be picked and packed to obtain this
information. So, due to the enormous volume of orders we receive
during the holidays, we are unable to do this for every international
order. Even then with paying much, much more money to have
the package express shipped, the delivery date is still not
guaranteed and the same customs and postal delays can still
occur.
When
will the International Shipping Department reopen?
The
International Shipping Department reopens on January 3rd,
2010. At that time, international shipping will recommence
as usual. We appreciate your patience and look forward to
serving all your music gift needs in 2010!

International
Shipping Information
We now ship to over 190 countries.
Payment may be made only by PayPal or International Money
Order with this form. We will wait 10 business days for a
money order to clear the bank before shipping. The customer
will be responsible for international shipping fees, potential
taxes, duties and/or brokerage fees their individual governments
assess. Shipping is by US Air Mail and will arrive within
10 to 15 business days. Delays sometimes occur at customs.
This of course is beyond our control. Due to these customs
and postal delays beyond our control please allow up to 30
business days for delivery before contacting us for lost packages.
Please
Note: International orders will ship to the customer's
billing address only and not a secondary address or third
party. Also, we cannot ship international orders to PO Boxes.
When
ordering from DrumBum.com, you are considered the importer
of record and must comply with all laws and regulations
of the country in which you are receiving the merchandise.
If the package is returned to us and we are charged brokerage
and duty fees by the carrier, you will be billed these fees.
