Shipping
Most domestic orders shipped via United Parcel Service
(UPS).
Shipments to Alaska,
Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Protectorates, PO Boxes and
some rural routes will be shipped via United States Postal
Service (USPS) Mail.
Please ensure that your shipping address is 100% correct. The
customer may be
responsible for any UPS and re-shipping fees due to a wrong
or incomplete address.

Orders
We are now shipping to over 190 countries.
Payment may be made by credit card (US, UK, Australia, NZ &
Canada only) or through PayPal. The customer will be responsible
for international shipping fees, potential taxes, duties and/or
brokerage fees their individual governments assess. Shipping
is by US Air Mail and will arrive within 10 to 15 business days.
Delays sometimes occur at customs. This of course is beyond
our control. Due to any postal delays please allow up to 30
business days for delivery before contacting us for lost packages.
Please
Note: International orders will ship to the customer's billing
address only and not a secondary address or third party. Also,
we cannot ship international orders to PO Boxes.
When ordering
from DrumBum.com, you are considered the importer of record
and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country
in which you are receiving the merchandise. If the package is
returned to us and we are charged brokerage and duty fees by
the carrier, you will be billed these fees.
