1/How do I find the gifts I’m looking for?
Simply type a word or two in the search box above like “guitar accessory or “nurse mug” or click on the blue SHOP BY CATEGORY bar in the upper left corner. You can also click on one of the top menu categories such as “Music Gifts” or “Occupational Gifts” and it will lead you to hundreds of gift ideas to choose from. 2/Do I have to use the online shopping cart to order?
No, you don’t. While it’s super safe and easy to use, you can certainly call in your order at 1-800-DRUM BUM (378-6286) if it makes you more comfortable. Or, if you wish to mail in your order, simply jot down what you want (include product title and sku #) and include a check or money order. 3/ I can’t seem to get your online shopping cart to work. What should I do?
From time to time a customer will have problems using our secure shopping cart. This is often due to low memory resources on their computer. Try restarting your computer and initiating the order again. In some cases you’ll need to adjust the “security settings” on your browser for online ordering to be successful. 8/ How does a secure transaction take place?
When you press the ‘submit’ button after filling out the order form, your address and credit card information is encrypted. It is then transmitted and temporarily stored on our secure server until the transaction is completed.

Shipping and Handling
10/ How long will I have to wait until I get my stuff?
Most items within our online store are in stock and ship within 1 to 2 business days from receipt of payment. Once shipped, delivery time is estimated within 2 to 5 business days in most cases. Be sure to read the product descriptions on the item’s page for any additional information. In the case of a shortage, please allow up to 15 business days for delivery. We do our best to keep sufficient quantities on hand. Orders with large quantities and personalized items may experience a longer processing period. Any issues encountered during processing such as incorrect billing address, etc. will also delay the arrival time. While it is rare, we will always contact you if any delay is expected.
11/ Do I have to pay tax on the items I’m ordering?
You are currently not responsible for any taxes unless the gifts are shipping to the state of Virginia where Drum Bum is located. Virginia state tax is currently 5.3%.
12/ What is your return policy?
We guarantee your satisfaction! *Unwanted merchandise may be returned within 30 days for a full refund (excluding shipping) as long as the items are in new condition, not washed or worn and in original packaging. If we receive a package past the 30 day period and/or an item is used, damaged, washed, worn, or is without original packaging, we will either not accept it or a re-stocking fee of up to 20% will apply.
*Please note: CD’s, DVD’s, VHS tapes, personalized items and posters are NON-RETURNABLE.
Damaged shipments or mistakes on any personalized item must be reported within 48 hours after receipt.

If your package is refused for any reason upon delivery to you, there will be a second shipping charge applied to the order to cover return shipping costs back to us. 13/ Can I track my order?
Yes, as long as we’re shipping to an address located in the United States. After we ship your order, you will be forwarded USPS or UPS tracking information via e-mail. If you do not receive an email with tracking information, your order may have been drop-shipped from another location or is possibly on back-order. In that situation, please call us and we’ll be glad to give you more information about your order. Please be sure to enter your email correctly to receive tracking e-mail correspondence.
14/ Do you have a catalog?
Not at this time. To keep costs down for our customers, we have chosen not to print a catalog. All of our available occupation and music gifts are currently listed on our website.
15/ Do you have a mailing list?
Yes, our newsletter consists of announcements about any new products as well as sales and specials offered exclusively to our subscribers. Frequency is once or twice a month, sometimes more around Christmas time as we offer many coupons. We also give away free merchandise from time to time to those that are on our e-mailing list. – Please visit our newsletter page to sign up.
16/ Do you wholesale?
Not for our general line of products. We do offer discounts of up to 35% or more on quantity orders of the same item and have sold numerous bulk orders over the years to large companies and event providers. We sell wholesale promotional music products and general promotional products for company trade shows or band booths. For more information, please call us toll free at 1-800-378-6286. Quantity discounts on large orders of the same item are only available for customers within the USA. If we receive any return of items from a discounted quantity order, a re-stocking fee of up to 30% will apply.
